- be able to contact our guests and for emergency situations
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details and credit card details, we'll not be able to accept a reservation.
We keep your information safe by only having it accessible via staff password and automatically deleting your credit card file 10 days after check out.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
